Frequently asked.

How do I book a trailer?

Use the booking form above, call us, text us, or email. We confirm availability within 24 hours and hold your trailer once confirmed. No payment required until pickup.

What's the deposit?

$50 per trailer. Collected at pickup (cash, check, or card). Returned same day on safe return. We document trailer condition with photos at both pickup and return — no disputes.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the Williston Basin — Williston, Tioga, Watford City, Stanley, and surrounding areas. Delivery fee depends on distance. Call for a quote.

What if I damage the trailer?

We take photos at pickup and return. If there's new damage, we get a repair estimate and deduct it from your deposit. If the repair costs more than the deposit, we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Normal wear and tear is expected.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes — just call or text us before your return date. We'll extend at the same rate if the trailer isn't booked. If it is, we'll work with you on the earliest return time.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, we charge one day rate. No-shows are charged the full first day. We're reasonable — just communicate with us.

Do I need my own insurance?

We carry liability insurance on our trailers. However, we recommend you have auto/truck insurance that covers towed equipment. Check with your provider — most commercial auto policies cover rental trailers.

What hitch do I need?

The dump trailer uses a 2-5/16" adjustable height Demco coupler. The flatbed uses a standard 2-5/16" ball. Both trailers have electric brakes — you'll need a brake controller in your truck.

Regulator Logistics is based in Williston, ND — right in the heart of the Bakken. We rent heavy-duty dump trailers and flatbeds to contractors, oilfield crews, and anyone who needs to move heavy loads.

We started because we saw a gap: good trailers, fair prices, and no runaround. Every trailer in our fleet is maintained, inspected, and cold-weather rated because we know what North Dakota throws at you.
